Description:
For this assignment, you will identify and interview a friend or a colleague at work who has previously or is currently working as part of a team. Your task is to interview this person regarding their negative experiences working as part of a team. There is no need to include the person’s name nor the company’s name. The job title is sufficient. Then, prepare a report that addresses the following:
- Begin with an introduction and a general discussion about the importance of teamwork training in companies.
- Summarize what you learned from the interview regarding the teamwork issues experienced by your interviewee.
- Provide recommendations and explain how to improve the teamworking problems experienced by your interviewee. What kind of training programs do you recommend in light of the problems mentioned?
- Conclude with a discussion of three teamwork competencies that you think all teams should have, and why?
Length: 7 pages, not including title and reference pages.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
