Assignment Objective

After you have viewed the Lecturio video Eating Disorders and completed the module readings, you will write a paper starting with a brief overview of eating disorders (including major types), five potential associated medical complications, and three therapeutic treatment interventions the PMHNP would potentially order. Lastly, you will identify a commonly utilized psychotherapy intervention type for eating disorder diagnoses and provide the rationale for its use. Refer to your previous textbook readings for this course regarding psychotherapy types to correlate with this diagnosis.
