Required Structure

- Introduction
- Very briefly introduce the simulation
- Reflection on critical incidents
- Reflect on critical incidents during the negotiation simulation in Week 11. Use theories, models or concepts on any two of the three negotiation topics communication, power, and ethics in order to make sense of these incidents.
- Lessons learnt as an intercultural negotiator and team player
- Reflect on what you have learnt as an intercultural negotiator and team player using relevant theories, models, frameworks or concepts from this unit.

- QUT APA for all referencing. Refer to CITE WRITE on the library website for details.
Required Format
- Use headings and subheadings
- Number all pages
- Ensure that the in-text references and the references list at the end of the report use the QUT APA Referencing Style
- DO NOT include table of contents, tables, and appendices
- The word limit is 1,500 words – 10% over/under the limit is acceptable. Reflections that do not include a word count on the cover or exceed the word limit (+/- 10%) will receive a 10% penalty. All words (excluding the title page AND references list) are included in the word count.
