The School of Business and Law requires a social media service which will align with contemporary functionality and
standards (determined through the latest literature research and scholarly enquiry), as well as providing an enhanced level of social media engagement services to clients with the primary objective of converting them to students and other potential business partners. The primary objective is to provide a more streamlined customer and stakeholder engagement interface within the School of Business and Law. To that end, the Senior Academic Committee in the school require a detailed feasibility study to indicate whether it is viable and desirable to implement a new system to replace the existing spreadsheet-based system currently in place.

feasibility study and report on the findings in a logical and coherent manner, and provide this information to key
stakeholders as well as the project manager. You will need to develop a sound strategy, with relevant supporting project material to identify key elements and the collective viability of the project in a scholarly, written format, and recommend the way forward to senior staff in the School of Business and Law.

The above inclusions should act as a guide for the preparation of the feasibility study, and may vary based on additional material gathered during the research phase or during other exploratory activities. The focus of the document should be on the process followed, academic research, scholarly writing and producing a compelling feasibility report supporting the findings.
