Assignment: Personal Development Plan
The assignment is about Personal Development Plan. It can be about any of the following; setting up small business or online business, achieving a physical goal (such as weight loss), or plans you have about your career. It can be about anything in general.
The essay should include the following.
Introduction: (Closing the GAP) Between where you are and where you want to be.
STEP 1:
- What results are you committed to creating in your life?
- Where is your ultimate target?
- What are the beliefs that will empower you to create these results?
STEP 2:
- Where were you before (where are you now)?
- What results have you been producing in the past?
STEP 3 – NOW IT IS TIME TO CLOSE THE GAP:
- What specific actions can you take to begin to close the gap between where you have been and where you are committed to being now? S.M.A.R.T.
- Write down your goal to be achieved by the end of this course Personal Development. Use S.M.A.R.T. method.
S.M.A.R.T meaning:
- Specific: What do you want?
- Measurable: How will you know when you’ve reached it?
- Achievable: Is it in your power to accomplish it?
- Realistic: Can you realistically achieve it?
- Timely: when exactly do you want to accomplish it?
