 Exemplary Business Presentation (Report)

Business communication is referred to as a method of information sharing between people within and outside a firm for the purpose of attaining a commercial benefit. Based on this characteristic a report can be treated as an exemplary business communication. The justification behind choosing to report as exemplary business communication is simple. Business reports are a convenient, effective way of communicating important information. They can be used as tools for finding solutions, evaluating performance, tracking problems, monitoring growth, and measuring progress. However, Business report is not interactive, and it does not give the reader an opportunity to give feedback. So, this problem can be solved by combining reports with presentation or face to face meeting. In last assignment “Analyse characteristics of Facebook as a business communication tool”.i  developed a report that explains and analysis the characteristics of Facebook as a business communication tool. You will be using same report for making this power point slides.

Hers my assignment you have to refer:

Initially Facebook was designed as a medium of communication where people could share their stories and interact with each other. The essay aims to discuss Facebook as an effective business communication tool.

Facebook is now used as effective business communication tool where business can create their brand awareness, where it will be easier for the business to gain potential customers as there are more than half the population of the world that uses Facebook. Similarly Facebook advertising further allows the business organisation to target specific demographics who are based on particular location, gender as well as interests (Kwok & Yu 2016). Facebook further acts as a communication tool that is two way. This communication takes place between the business leaders and the customers where services are provided to the customers online and feedback is received by the latter as well (Kwok & Yu 2016). Business organisation by using Facebook are also able to understand the best content that be used in future. However, it is also essential for these organisations to mitigate the challenge of time, budget and negative feedback while using Facebook as a communication tool (Kwok & Yu 2016). Furthermore, TabSite application of Facebook allows organisations to easily develop websites where business can involve themselves in conversion strategies that will prove to be advantageous for the business (Assimakopoulos et al., 2017). The TabSite will also allow the business organisation to display their unique value proposition by making use of the creativity through custom website as well as frequently used custom conventions. Through Facebook the organisation can also promote their products as well as services that will further help in enhancing the loyalty as well as customer relationships (Assimakopoulos et al., 2017). It allows the business to quickly reach their customers throughout the year.

Thus, to conclude it must be noted that Facebook is an effective business communication tool that has gained immense importance in the recent years that has helps in building strong customer-relationships.
