Advantages and disadvantages of a partnership

There are many advantages and disadvantages for choosing a partnership business structure

Advantages

Disadvantage

  • Liability is unlimited
  • Disputes may arise between partners
  • Each partner is responsible for the commitment entered into by the other partners
  • Partners are likely to pay a higher income tax rate.
