- What makes an effective business team (1250 words, 30 percent of total marks)
- Market, finance and operational factors that influence business performance (1750 words, 45 percent of total marks).
Note: The word count shown is the length of your main document. You are also encouraged to show charts, graphs and tables, together with written explanation of these in Appendices at the end of the document. There is no word limit applied to the Appendices.
Part 2. To be completed by each of the four merged retailer and manufacturer teams i.e. Team A, B, C and D – Deliver a ten-minute presentation (25 percent of total marks).
Drawing upon issues and learnings that you derived from the business simulation, select and present three examples of major business considerations faced by managers when striving to achieve efficient and effective business operations. Your presentation should be in PowerPoint with no more than two slides per example.
