Individual Change Paper Instructions
This paper is to have a title and reference page. All in paper and final citations are to be done according to APA 7 formatting.
Introduction: Heading 1
Briefly describe Bridges three zones and Cameron and Green’s four approaches to individual change (chapter 1). This should have at least 2 references.
You will be doing a case study on change drawing from your personal experience by:
1. Describing the original situation in detail.

- · Who are those over you or under you looking for leadership?
- · What problems are you facing?
- · Who is making the decisions?
- · Do you have a say?
2. Describe the case for change by:
- · What problems are causing the need for change?
- · What problems would be fixed by the change?
- · What does the change entail?
- · Who would be losing what through the change?
3. Describe the change itself by:
- · What happened to your family or organization or company that changed?
- · What happened to you?
- · What changed for you?
4. Describe how you managed your “endings” (Bridges chapter 3: at least one reference)
- · What did you do well?
- · What could you have done better?
5. Describe how you managed your “neutral zone” (Bridges chapter 4: at least one reference)

- · What could you have done better?
6. Describe how you managed your “new beginning” (Bridges chapter 5: at least one reference)

- · What could you have done better?
7. Now using at least 2 of the 4 approaches to change (Cameron and Green chapter 1: at least two references) share how you could of done even better at going through the change you went through.
8. Conclusion:
