Change Model and Your Organization
From this topic and your readings, you learned that organizational change is imminent. Given that each organizational culture is unique, HR professionals and leaders should identify a change model that fits the organization’s need through change. In some instances, HR professionals may need to customize the model or use a variety of models to strategically navigate through change.
Conduct research and identify a change model that you think would be beneficial for leadership and employees to follow while undergoing a major organizational change. For example, the Lewin’s change management model, William Bridges Transition Model, or Kotter’s 8 Step Model are commonly used in many organizations.
