This week, we will look at Chapter 6 “Using Frequency Counts to look at emotional development.” As you read this chapter, you will gain another type/method of assessing children. Complete topic1,2 and 3 Attached is a Powerpoint .

Topic 1:

Please create your own Frequency counts method.. you can look at emotional development or you can choose another development to look at.

Topic 2

Go to page 142-148 and read “Anger and Aggression.” Please provide your perspective on the information and explain how you would facilitate such behavior? What strategies would you use? Perhaps, you may want to refer to the Foundation and framework that related to Social-Emotional Domain.

After reading this chapter, Discuss:

Knowledge: What kind of knowledge have you gained (you can list using bullet points)?

Skills: What skills you gained and how will you use the skills?

Beliefs: Why are the knowledge and skills you listed important to understand and recognize emotional development and the method
