Gap Analysis and Project Design
The Government of Kenya has been implementing various infrastructure projects funded by World Bank by 31st December, 2021. In the past months a number of stakeholders have complained that these projects are not meeting the citizen’s expectations since their core mandate is to create effective public service delivery. However, the delivery of infrastructure projects in Kenya whose initiation, development and implementation have hitherto been characterized by false starts, conspicuous red tape hence low uptake, reduced investor interest; hence delivery of these projects call for more efforts.
You have been contracted by the World Bank, Kenya Office to undertake a Gap Analysis on the infrastructure projects’ design (including initiation and planning and not execution) in Kenya.
Required:
- Using an Infrastructure Project of your choice that is funded or has been funded by the World Bank in Kenya over the last 3(three) years review this project scope, time and cost pointing out the gaps that could impede on the achievement of the desired results
