ABSENTEEISM CASE

The CEO, Khalid, of a food chain Jim Flortins has walked in your office and asked if we have an issue with employee absenteeism.  Khalid has just returned from an industry conference and the cost of employee absenteeism was highlighted in one of the seminars he attended.  He realized he was not sure what Jim Flortins employee absenteeism rate was and if it was a concern.  The industry statistics showed that absenteeism impacted customer satisfaction, revenue, and employee productivity.

You pulled together some reports from the HRIS system and now need to answer the following questions and then present the findings back to Khalid.

Here is how you intend to go through it.
