INSTRUCTIONS (50 POINTS—10% OF GRADE)

For this assignment, you are required to find, download, and read three (3) scholarly journal articles on three (3) different organizational behavior (OB) topics that we have covered (or are scheduled to cover) in this course (i.e., articles on leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, decision making, communication, HR, organizational culture, etc.). These articles need to come from peer-reviewed journals, which you can select (check the box) when doing a search in the library databases. You will be evaluated on the quality of the journal article (the journal list I uploaded in “Course Materials” distinguishes A+ level journals from C-level journals…and A-level journals are higher in quality than C-level journals). In a PowerPoint document, I would like you to summarize enough important information from each article so that people who have not read the article would understand the purpose, importance, and major findings in the article. There is no page/slide limit for this assignment, but you will need to use AT MINIMUM one slide for each of the three articles.

The more thorough you are however (the amount of information you provide), the better your grade will be. An introductory and conclusion slide might be helpful and would probably make the presentation look more complete. You will also be evaluated on how professional your presentation is and the design of it, so make sure it looks good and is formatted well. Either within the presentation or on a final “References” slide, the full citations (in proper APA format) for each of the three articles should be provided. A grading rubric for the presentation is included below. The project is due March 30, 2021 (Tuesday) by 11:30 PM. Please submit it to the appropriate “Assignment Submission Folder”. I will share some of the best submissions with the class and all of the articles you use on this assignment can be used again in your final paper.
