Operations Management: Medical Clinic Analysis
You have been appointed as a new Operations Manager of an established medical clinic house with several clinics both in Malta and Gozo. The previous management was all run under the CEO but due to the size of operations, it was decided at board level to employ an Operations Manager.
By analyzing critically, the concepts of operations management, please present a report on your findings after analyzing the current setup, giving short term, medium-term and long term actions to reach the board’s target (KPI). Also, present a short executive summary to be presented to the board in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation.
The analysis needs to cover all aspects of operations management including a redesign and all tools involved such as FMEAs, Why Why, and Ishikawa.

The report should be in the range of 2500 words and the presentation (including executive summary) should not exceed 10 slides

Questions
- Consider a particular problem and run a fully blown Ishikawa / 5W / FMEA of at least 10 potential Root Cause.
- Consider 20 separate problems and run a fully blown 5 Why analysis moving from Potential RC to Actual RC.
