In order to answer question # 1, you must first complete the Path-Goal Leadership Questionnaire and the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire.
- Based on your results for the Path-Goal Leadership Questionnaire, which leadership styles do you use most often and less often? Based on the Authentic Leadership questionnaire, did you score high or low? Summarize your results for each questionnaire and share your thoughts on your overall leadership skill set and style of leading.
- Does your organization have a formal mentoring program and/or leadership development program, explain? Do you currently have a mentor or serve as a mentor, explain? Discuss some goals that you can set for yourself to further develop as a leader.
