Accordingly, writing memos forces his team to think through their ideas in high-resolution detail. Ensure you make appropriate references to original sources of insights, concepts and models presented in any secondary sources. You probably want to reference and its strongly encouraged that you use tools and concepts presented in this and also previous program related courses etc. to strengthen your views. In terms of balance between different headings, provide enough background and insights to clarify your approach, with particular emphasis on your findings, conclusions, and action items.
The memo should be no more than 6 pages, excluding table of references and appendices (use e.g. Times New Romans, font 12, 1.5 spacing, normal margins). In case, you need more space consider how you summarize in the core text with references to a more detailed appendix etc.
