SCALES Community Legal Centre Project – Wed AM

SCALES is seeking to review its organisational structure due to the expansion of services over the past decade.  To do this, we are seeking assistance to find information on existing models of similar services that could inform us of options to move into the future with an appropriate model.

The purpose of this request is to have the research that will provide background to the Management Committee and service leadership and will be followed by a request for a WIL Intern placement to review the existing organisational structure and develop options of models based on existing funding and funding applications currently on foot using this research.
