We have started to explore how consumer behavior and marketing interact, but how does this intersect with the Value Chain, or does it. How as a manager do I adjust my strategies and tactics to new information or changes in social interactions with my product or service? How do consumers adjust to changes like COVID?

Take the company Intel, pick one of its products or services and try to figure out what its market segment is. Then, try and figure out “What job is the Customer hiring it for?”

Doers Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs still explain consumers market behavior? Can we use it as managers in our decision-making? If, so how?
