Resistance is a complex and misunderstood concept that has often been blamed for the failure of a change process. Identify and describe the THREE (3) factors that you think can lead to resistance. Also, identify and describe the four methods that you think companies should use in order to successfully manage resistance to change. Justify how these methods contribute to resistance to change.
