College Foreign Language Essay
All essays assigned in this class have been argumentative essays, requiring you to take a position and argue in support of it. We have covered division and classification, definition, critical analysis, and cause and effect as tools or methods of argumentation. In this last essay, you are encouraged to combine some of those methods. Also, you are required to consider counter arguments, showing how they are unreasonable or how a compromise can be reached.
