Culture and Ethics in Organization
In the paper,
- Explain how strategic vision would apply to an organization for a leader.
- Identify ways that a leader can effectively communicate their vision and how to improve on listening skills.
- Explain how motivation can impact leadership.
- Explain how high ethical standards and ethical leadership apply to organizations on a global level.
The Culture and Ethics paper
- Must be three double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style.***APA format MUST BE USED IN THE TEXT and in the reference page. The Sources used in text MUST BE CITED in APA format throughout the paper

- Must include an introduction paragraph (at least 4-5 sentences with a thesis). THE introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear ***thesis statement*** that indicates the purpose of your paper. - Must include a conclusion paragraph. (At least 5 sentences and the last sentence should summarize what was discussed in paper)
- Must use at least three scholarly sources in addition to the course texts. It is important the paper is written in APA format and all sources are cited using APA format throughout the paper. The reference page should be in APA format and the course text should be used, as well.
