The study should propose to analyze the pro and cons and the advantages and disadvantages of both work from home and work from an office with the anticipated outcome of this study to recommend the most efficient ways for the employees to work
The aim of the proposed research topic is to determine the changing attitudes to the role of offices for work and its impact on employees work-life balance during the pandemic in Kuwait
Focussing on the objectives as what the employees prefer? is it working from home or working from the office, What is the impact of teleworking on employees’ mental health?
How is the organization providing support to the employees during the pandemic
The study can be proposed to be extracting the best work model to practice for productivity and employee work-life balance even after the pandemic
