Environmental Health Law & Policy
Mid-term paper (summary and analysis of a law). Students individually prepare a 4-page evaluation of a US environmental health law. The paper should include four sections:
- its origin and history,
- its scope, application, and the principles involved,
- a description of the student’s judgment about the major strengths and weaknesses of the law in practice, and
- a description of the equity / environmental justice implications of the law.
