Coursework task
Choose one of the topics as you wish from the following list:
- Multi-criteria decision methods
- AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)
- Knowledge management lifecycle models
- Knowledge-based decision support systems
Conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the topic, select no fewer than 20 articles obtained from your SLR process, analyse the articles and present your findings in a report.
Your report must include the following key elements:
- The SLR process you have conducted
- Descriptive analysis and findings
- Thematic analysis and findings
- Recommendations for future research or management implications

The report should be no more than 3,000 words (excluding reference list and any other appendices). In-text citations will be counted towards the word limit. All references should follow the Harvard referencing system.

- SLR process 10%
- Descriptive analysis and findings 10%
- Thematic analysis and findings 40%
- Recommendations for future research or management implications 20%
- Knowledge of KM and DM concepts (overall) 10%
- Clarity of expression and presentation (overall) 10%
