Multiple choice exam with one objective, test blueprint and 5 items measuring that objective.
Choose a learning situation and describe the context including characteristics about the learner along with those of the teaching/learning situation.
Write one measurable objective that will be tested by the 5 items.
Develop a test blueprint that identifies the cognitive level for each of the 5 items
Write 5 ORIGINAL multiple choice or multiple response items that tests cognitive levels of application and higher critical thinking (refer back to Bloom – application, analysis, synthesis, and/or evaluation).
For each of the 5 items, highlight the correct answer.
