RCC510 2.3 – Develop a Positive Relationship Policy that meets legal, ethical and statutory requirements for promoting socially aware behaviour using reflection and findings from the evaluation – print off you policy or the nearest policy that has positive relationships within it, critically analyse it, make detailed notes on how to develop it to improve it, sign and date it and upload it
Rcc510 3.3 – Establish timeframes for regular review of the Positive Relationship Policy and associated systems – build this into the above piece of work
RCC514 Please print off policies x2 in relation to rights of children, make notes on it to evaluate it/propose improvements, sign and dated it and email it back to me – to evidence the below outcomes
- Evaluate how well policies and procedures in own work setting incorporate the rights of children or young people
- Propose improvements to policies and procedures to strengthen the rights of children or young people
