The exam consists of developing a proposal that must contain the following elements:

  2. With the information previously collected, determine the price analysis for the business that we are proposing, you must consider the type of population to which the project is directed and the offer that is already in the market.
  3. Build a SWOT matrix in which you present the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business under study.
  4. Design a plan in which you capture the distribution and location of the project.
  5. Describe through a synoptic table the inputs (laboratories, technology, computer equipment, etc.), labor (personnel by areas or departments) and other expenses necessary to make the project a reality, remember that at this point we are developing the technical study.
