Project 2 Instructions
Part 1 (25%)
Each student will:
Question 1: Select ONE Agile core value and explain, in your own words, how can this particular approach help in project management.
Question 2: Select and briefly explain, in your own words, ONE of Scrum roles.
- Note: The list of Agile core values (and a link to Agile Manifest website) as well as the list of Scrum roles is available in the Appendix 1: Introduction to Agile & Scrum (pages 5 & 6 of this document).
3. Write a report:
- Report shall include your answers to Part 1 questions 1 &2.
- All sources, including images if you are adding them, must be referenced using APA or MLA citation format.
- The report is limited to two pages (one per question) plus references. Note: Your answers do not have to be one page each; the length of each answer can be less than one page if your answer fulfills all the requirements of the question.
- You must use 11pt font, and single-spaced Paragraph Spacing setting.
4. Submit report using Project 2 – Part 1 dropbox.
Part 2
Each student will:
Question 1: Select and briefly explain, in your own words, ONE of Scrum events or artifacts.
- Note: The list of Scrum events and artifacts is available in the Appendix 1: Introduction to Agile & Scrum (pages 5 & 6 of this document).
Question 2: Identify ONE common Scrum pitfall (noun – a hidden or unsuspected danger or difficulty) and briefly explain, in your own words, how it can impact the project.
3. Write a report:
- Report shall include your answers to Part 2 questions 1 &2.
- All sources, including images if you are adding them, must be referenced using APA or MLA citation format.
