Research-topic: Life Cycle Teams

This assignment will be completed using PowerPoint using at least 20 slides (the title slide and reference slide will not count towards the slide count). To ensure that you are not including an abundance of information on each of your slides, please make great use of the speaker notes located at the bottom of the Power Point application. Use your speaker notes to go into more detail of what you are trying to convey on each slide.
Your slides will need to meet APA standards. Please refer to an APA Manual with efforts to learn how to effectively produce your slides, in accordance to APA. Be sure to support and justify your suppositions and conclusions with references to relevant library resources and academic journals.
Note- This is a group assignment. Since we are 4 members in our team. Each member is taking on each life cycles. So, splitting 20 slides among four members, each will receive 5 slides per member. Out of which, I got storming part on my side, where I have to present five PowerPoint slides on the storming.
For each slide of my five slides, I’m trying to have a picture and a few words. I’m using Calibri font, size 44 on the main slide. Then, in the presenter notes at the bottom, I’m adding all the rest of my content. This is where I’m trying to spell out more of what the slide is supposed to be representing.
So far, I have had thinking of slides that talk about these themes:
- A definition slide that talks about what this “stage” means
- Individual team members characteristics in this phase
- How the team interacts in this phase
- Work the team accomplishes in this phase
- Leadership responsibilities in this phase
