Strategic Human Resource Management

Task Overview:  Your task is to critically discuss ‘The implications of globalisation for SHRM. In your response, give consideration to organisational and individual impacts’

Structure & Formatting

  • The essay length is 1,500 words, excluding the reference list (Havard Reference). Include the word count at the end of the essay.
  • Use 1.5 line spacing
  • 5 cm margins on top, bottom and on each side
  • standard font size 12 (Times New Roman).

Do not use colour printing, formatting templates, plastic, fancy or bound covers when submitting your essay. Do not include an executive summary, abstract, footnotes or endnotes. Marks will be deducted for violations of these presentation rules.

The essay should be written in formal academic narrative style. The essay will be evaluated for discriminatory language, clarity of expression and overall presentation including grammar, spelling and punctuation. You may not use bullet points or bracketed comments. Essays must be fully and appropriately referenced using Havard referencing.

Research & Referencing

  • Students are required to reference at least 11 academic sources from the provided list (see below for the list of journals)

(Please make sure minimum 12 academic journals/sources are used from the list of journals below)

Note: ALL the journals listed below can be found on the Macquarie University library (I will give my username and password on the top of this document, so you can access the Macquarie university library if need be) – please find appropriate journal articles from the list of journals provided below (minimum 11 references- ALL from the 2000 year) AND make sure to make a note of all the “11” journals used in the essay at the end of the essay so I can confirm it has been done properly.
