- Why do you think women and minorities find it difficult to gain top corporate jobs in the US In this regard do you think it will get better or worse for women?

- In my opinion I think the reason that women and minorities find it difficult to gain those top corporate jobs in the U.S. is simply because the U.S. not subject to change. For many many years or nation set forth that the man would go to work and the woman would stay at home watch the kids, clean, cook, and so one but as we know we always have a will to want to do something more with our life. The same thing goes for the minorities they were looked at as the people that did the dirty work and not the one that was sitting in the office. So in reality I believe we are not subject to change. But I do think that at some point it will get better because we are a nation that fits for what we believe in. I mean heck some compained and fought hard enough now there is “multiple” genders. Personal I think that women and minorities are more capable then some of the people that are in some of these high corporate jobs. A peron is a person does not matter if they are female or of a different race; we were all created equaly to serve one God. Anyone can work anywhere.
- In my opinion, when it comes to women and top corporate jobs in the United States, I believe it is difficult for them simply due to the long-running narrative that it is too overwhelming of a job for women. Which is simply not the case. In many instances, I have seen women do a much better job in a high position of authority than most men. Sadly, they are lumped into a group that doesn’t have the upper hand, but I think slowly in this day and age is starting to turn around. The same thing goes for minorities, there’s a sort of doubt when it comes to an important jo just because of their race. However, more and more women and minorities are turning more top profile jobs, so there is hope after all.
