Brief Description of Project: Untimely mitigation of dyslexia during adulthood impairs daily life activities like driving, organising and planning which is why adults with dyslexia often demonstrate a number of issues and challenges pertaining to their behaviour. These include lack of focus or being easily distracted in life activities, feelings of anger, frustration or even aggression when encountering difficulties during performance of tasks and an overall loss in the quality of life. However, adults with dyslexia have been found to demonstrate exceptional learning abilities associated with kinaesthetic or visual spatial learning and are known to participate in activities requiring the same such as crafts, art, acting, dancing graphic designing and photography.

 

Title of Project: Assessment and Management of Behavioural Challenges in Adults with Dyslexia.
