Introduction

Animals starving and dying behind cases, is an awful sight.  It portrays an image that underlines the callousness with which humans treat other creatures and themselves as well. Animals held by human beings and prevented from escaping are under captivity. Animals are held in captivity for a variety of reasons and in various environments, including circuses, zoos, and other exotic pets. In the recent decades, zoos have found themselves under a continuous pressure (Fabian 2).  Animal rights activists have initiated the attacks. In the same interest, regulatory agencies, assortment of litigators, and anti-animal exploitation advocate groups have also targeted circuses and zoos (Animal Legal Defense Fund 6). In an effort to defend animal rights from hostile exposure, political groups have joined hands together. Political systems and policies to animals under captivity interest and advantage have been established, while at the same juncture crafting a more progressive public awareness on animal rights. In zoo politics, animals have been deprived their rights to healthy environment, shelter, and food. As a result, animals have been suffering in terms of health, and to a larger extend dying. As per the animal rights, there exists zoo politics texture where the animals do not enjoy fully their freedom. In zoo politics only human interests are taken and considered before the decisions are made on animal captions. The individuals who do so they do consider the political human rights. Therefore we should pay attention to what those animals talk to us on themselves. This leads to equal interest considerations as per the anti-specialisms which do not lead to equal rights and conditions of material. In order to create justice, one has to think a system of minimizing the risks that may lead to disregarding rights of the animal. For the interests of the animals to be taken seriously, change must invented within food industries, fashion among others by finding other alternatives.

The number of animal is also reduced by hunting. Some kill animals to get food others just do it for fun. Other animals are used inhuman society such as entertainment, agriculture and research thus the animals are seen being treated in a way which are unconscionable to human beings but those ways are nevertheless legal. Some politicians sometimes make political ambition as their duty so as to present the will in their constituencies. But most of them put anything before the animal welfare. These democrats are less likely to be hostile to the issues concerning those animals than the republications. In the sector of entertainment, public is currently understanding the cruelty, that is found in dealing with captive animals and training them on tricks for the amusement. Thus skepticism is growing on circus owners claims thus making sure that the wild animals are happy.
