- Prepare a 2-page report stating:
How you identified specific local suppliers
Why these local suppliers would be best for your type of operation
Why buying from local suppliers is a better strategy for your type of hospitality operation than using national suppliers.
Or why using national suppliers would be a better strategy.
Caution: Your local supplier list in Part 1 is not part of your 2-page paper. It needs to be a separate page.
